This is a "do it yourself" forecasting page with links to various weather resources. This is from a site maintained by a professional meterologist.

Historical Weather Data
Here is a U.S. government website with database of weather data by weather station. It is somewhat hard to use. It can be used to see what "normal" temps are for a place at a specific date range.
