Pampanito / Alcatraz Trip

Dates: Friday December 5 --Saturday December 6, 2008.
Be Prepared: to have fun!
Meet: (approx 6pm) Friday evening at Piedmont Council Scout Office at Piedmont Community Church, at 10 Highland Way.
Food Shoppers: we will probably just shop for muffins or bagels and such for breakfast on Saturday. Have dinner on Friday before leaving home.
Carpools: Carpool driver list (with cell phone numbers) and passenger list will be distributed by email. Thanks to those of you who have volunteered to drive.
Bring: (a) sleeping bag, (b) scout essentials: water bottle, sunscreen, hat, rain gear, warm clothes. Troop will arrange tickets to Alcatraz and Pampanito.
Tickets: see flyer. You must reserve a spot and pay for your tickets in advance. Scouts and parents are both invited.
Where: we are going to be "camping" on the Pampanito a WW2 submarine moored in San Francisco. We will sleep overnight on board the sub and then on the next day we will go to Alcatraz for a tour.
